Purpose Of The Role
Responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, servicing existing client relationships and driving the Jio World Centre's revenue growth and meeting the targeted budgets.
Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities Of The Role
Planning & Sales
Identify potential sales leadsCreate customized pitches and commercial proposalsClose business dealsConduct research and networking to generate leads and build relationshipsAssist in planning and budgeting activities to meet financial goalsMaintain a list of potential partners
Execution
Execute the companys sales strategyService existing client contracts on a day-to-day basisManage contractual obligations and sponsor benefitsSupport the creation of marketing materials for sponsorshipsEnsure brand consistency and quality controlUphold the business reputation in sponsorship relationships
Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting
Monitor sponsorship and partnership commitmentsManage related expenditure, resources, and assetsContribute to the evaluation of effectiveness and recommend adjustmentsAssist in reporting on activity and show-related settlementsMeet targets and budgetsSupport the presentation of project reports and partner effectiveness feedback
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Programming, Finance, etc.Coordinate with Legal, Contracting, and Finance teams for compliance.Collaborate with external entities, including artists, media entities, sponsors, and local/national arts organizations.Provide statistics and information as directed by senior leadership.

Meet targets as per AOP Client Servicing Acquiring new sponsors/partnerships
OPERATING NETWORK
Key interactions which are essential to execute the role. This will include both internal and external stakeholders

KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES
Education Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree / Post graduate (Business) would be an added advantage
Experience : 8 - 10 years of relevant work experience
